LETTING FEES

BEFORE THE TENANCY STARTS (payable to Lumley Estates)

Holding Deposit:

One week’s rent (a draft copy the Tenancy Agreement will be e-mailed for your records prior to making this payment)

Deposit:

Five weeks’ rent (on all Tenancy Agreements up to £4166.66pcm), Six weeks rent (on all Tenancy Agreements from £4166.66pcm to £8333.33pcm)

DURING THE TENANCY (payable to Lumley Estates)

Payment of interest for the late payment of rent at a rate of 4% above the Bank of England base rate

Payment of £15 plus VAT (£18 Inc. VAT) for the reasonably incurred costs for the loss of keys/security devices

Payment of any unpaid rent or other reasonable costs associated with your early termination of the tenancy

TENANT PROTECTION

Lumley Estates is a member of ARLA Propertymark, which is a client money protection scheme, and also a member of The Property Ombudsman, which is a redress scheme. You can find out more details on the agent’s website or by contacting the agent directly.
